These terms apply to your use of the Clorol Cogency Limited website and to any quote request or booking made through it. By using the site you agree to them.
Use of this website
You may browse and share our content for personal or business information purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or interfere with its operation.
Quotes and bookings
- Prices and timeframes shown or given through the quote form are estimates based on the information you supply. They are not a binding contract.
- A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you directly by email, phone, or message.
- A final quote may change after an on-site assessment if the condition, size, or access of the property differs from what was described.
- Please give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Repeated short-notice cancellations or being unable to access the property at the agreed time may incur a call-out charge.
- You are responsible for securing valuables and telling us about fragile surfaces, pets, or hazards before we attend.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed with you at the time of booking. This website does not take card payments.
