Clorol Cogency Limited ("we", "us") provides commercial and residential cleaning services in Trinidad and Tobago. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

• Quote requests: your name, email address, phone number, property or service details, location, any photo you choose to upload, and any message you send us through our quote form. Photos are stored privately and only viewed by our team to prepare your quote.
• Direct contact: the contents of emails, calls, or WhatsApp messages you send to us.
• Blog interactions: when you "like" a blog post we store a random, anonymous identifier in your browser so the like can be counted once. It is not linked to your name or email.
• Administrator accounts: the email address and encrypted password of staff who publish blog posts.
• Technical and usage data: standard information such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser type, and referring site.

How we use your information

• To respond to quote requests and schedule, deliver, and follow up on cleaning services.
• To send transactional messages such as booking confirmations and service updates.
• To operate administrator accounts and publish website content.
• To keep the blog's like counts accurate and to understand which content is useful.
• To maintain the security of the site and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

Payments

This website does not process card payments and does not collect card or banking details. Payment for services is arranged with us directly. If online payments are introduced in future, they will be handled by a certified payment processor and this policy will be updated before that happens.

How your data is protected

• All traffic to and from this site is encrypted in transit using TLS (HTTPS).
• Website data is stored in a managed cloud database with row-level access rules, so records can only be read or changed by the accounts entitled to them.
• Administrative areas require sign-in, and passwords are stored only as secure hashes.
• Access to customer information is limited to staff who need it to deliver a service.

Third parties

Our quote form is hosted on Google Forms, and our social pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) are operated by their own providers. When you use those services, their own privacy policies also apply. Our website hosting and database are provided by our technology providers acting on our instructions.

How long we keep information

Quote and customer records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet accounting or legal requirements, then deleted. Anonymous blog identifiers and usage data are kept no longer than necessary for the purposes above.

Your rights
